How much coffee do I need?

That depends how much coffee your household drinks. Each 12 oz bag gives you about 1 cups of coffee. If one person drinks 1 cup per day, you need about 2 bags of coffee every 4 weeks. Double that for 2 cups per day, etc.

How often will I receive my coffee?

That’s up to you! Choose as many bags as you want per shipment and schedule them as often as you like. You can have your coffee delivered every 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 4 weeks.

What if I’m out of town?

You are in control! You’ll have a dashboard that you can use to skip your next shipment or change the delivery date to accommodate vacations (you deserve one!), work trips and any other reason that you need to hold off on a shipment.

Can I request specific coffees each month?

You choose which coffee(s) are included when you first create your Green Bridge Coffee Subscription. If you want to change it up, head over to your subscription account dashboard. From there, you can change your roast, grind type, or delivery frequency.

Can I add an additional bag to just my next shipment?

Yes - absolutely, and you’ll save $1 per bag! Just let us know to add another bag on your Subscription dashboard.

How do I make changes to my Subscription?

One-click: Click Manage my Subscription on our website menu to make changes anytime.

1) Log in to your Green Bridge Coffee Customer Account or follow the link in your Subscription order confirmation and click on the Manage Subscriptions link under Account Dashboard

2) Under Active Subscriptions, click Edit on the Subscription you’d like to modify

3) To make changes . . .

. . . To your next delivery date, click Next Shipment Date or Skip Shipment

. . . To your delivery frequency, click Deliver Every __ Weeks

. . . To what coffee(s) you receive each delivery, the number of bags per delivery, or your grind type/Community Partner choice, click Update Contents. After you make your new selections, click Save at the top of the screen

Note that this will update your subscription for all future deliveries. To change back, just follow the steps above again!

You will need to cancel or change your order before 9PM on Sunday in order for the changes to apply to your shipment the following Wednesday. Any modifications made after this cutoff will be reflected in the following delivery.

Can I cancel if it isn’t working for me?

We are all about enjoying coffee on your terms. If the subscription isn’t working for you anymore, you can cancel anytime.
